- Scope
- Continuity Logic is a SaaS company that provides Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Risk Management solution for customers. Customers get an instance of our platform and they have total control to build and manage their software. No sensitive data is collected or processed, and Continuity Logic does not retain any customer data. Our customers themselves upload their own data and create reports and documents needed to satisfy their company needs in our space. Our servers are in a variety of IBM datacenters where our Infrastructure team works directly with IBM’s team to protect and manage our group of servers. Our entire team is comprised of full time employees working remotely around the U.S. with a few offshore part time developers in India. We have one salesman who resides in the EU so his HR data along with full time employees are managed and processed by an HR team located in Tampa, FL and New Jersey. All data is safeguarded using online tools for pay and benefits.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Continuity Logic GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
