- Crashlytics, Inc. offers a suite of products and services to provide developers with information about the functioning of publicly released and beta versions of their mobile applications. Crashlytics receives and processes personal information relating to natural persons in the EU/EEA who are individual contacts of developers and their associated businesses, beta testers of developers? mobile applications, suppliers, service providers and other corporate business partners of Crashlytics. This personal information is collected, held and processed for different purposes, which may include any of the following: for sales and marketing to developers and their associated businesses, effecting transactions with businesses, financial processing and management, supplier, vendor, and partner relationship management, customer support and customer relationship management, operations and security management, and legal and regulatory compliance. The Crashlytics products and services automatically collect certain information that does not personally identify end users who access or use mobile applications that use the Crashlytics products and services. Crashlytics receives and processes information about the devices of such end users within the EU/EEA. Crashlytics uses this information for purposes of providing developers with insight into the functionality of and engagement with their applications, including (through the Crashlytics software development kit) insight into any problems that occur and (through the Answers software development kit) app analytics, event tracking, and conversion tracking. The information described above is not disclosed to third parties except in the limited circumstances described in the Privacy Policy, including with consent; to a service provider subject to appropriate privacy, confidentiality, and security measures; to comply with a law or regulation or protect against harm; or in connection with a business transfer. As detailed in the Answers Privacy Policy, information collected at the direction of a developer who uses the Answers software development kit may, in the developer?s discretion, be shared with Twitter, Inc. and its affiliates for business-related purposes and to provide and improve their services.
