Scope
CUJO LLC and its subsidiaries ("CUJO") process the PII of CUJO AI®-powered digital life protection service consumers (“Consumers”) and the PII of CUJO employees and contractors (“Employees”). Consumers' Premise Equipment (CPE) IP addresses, CUJO AI®-platform-generated unique identifier ("Agent ID") and their IoT device identities such as Media Access Code (MAC) addresses are collected and processed to protect Consumers’ digital lives through CUJO AI® services supplied to them by their internet connectivity providers (CUJO's Customers). More specifically: • Consumers PII is processed to protect their digital life and enhance internet experiences, • A limited volume of Customers' employees PII is processed for a limited time period to facilitate their participation in CUJO AI® technology preview projects, and • CUJO employee personal data is processed to execute an employment contract and ensure CUJO compliance with applicable local and international obligations. Some third parties - such as cloud platform (AWS) and security solutions providers (Azure) - subprocess and temporarily store the PII in a secure and privacy-compliant way. However, CUJO maintains contracts with them all restricting their access, use and disclosure of PII in full sync with CUJO's obligations under the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is CUJO GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
