- We collect basic personal information (e.g. name, company email address, company name and job title, IP address) about customers of our subscription enterprise software. We use that information to verify their identity (anti-fraud) and provide a service to them. We also collect some technical information (e.g. device type, operating system, IP address) for analytics purposes, to improve the quality and usability of our service. We may share some of this data with third party service providers purely for the purpose of providing or improving our service. We check that third-party service providers are also members of the EU-US Privacy Shield. On our data platform we may also include personal information related to EU executives at publicly listed companies, where that information relates to their business and professional activities. This information is derived from public sources (e.g. company websites or regulatory filings). Finally, we may process data related to employees based in the EU, in line with our privacy policy and employment contracts.
