- Datalex USA provides e-commerce website hosting for airlines and other entities in the travel industry. The company processes personal information on airline consumers for the purposes of booking tickets and other associated airline products. This data can include the name, date of birth, address, phone number, passport and other travel identity information, as well as payment data. This data is shared with third parties directly associated with and at the direction of the airline for the purposes of fulfilling the travel booking or product sale. These third parties can and will exist both inside and outside of the EU. No data is shared without the express direction of the airline as the Data Controller.
