- DataLocker is an innovative provider of encryption solutions. DataLocker processes personal data to provide cloud services and to enable customer and partner relations. For customer support, DataLocker processes data such as name, email address, phone number, company name, product serial number, support ticket history, IP address, and system information. For order fulfillment and management, we handle name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number and order history. Additionally, for marketing and sales, we process name, email address, company name, job title, industry, website activity, marketing preferences, and event attendance. DataLocker does not disclose personal data to third parties but relies on third party service providers to process data for example in CRM and email systems.
