- Datanational Corporation collects personal information voluntarily provided by individuals interested in our products and services via online automated form submission. This personal information collected from our website (www.datanat.com) is strictly used internally to respond to requests for product and service information and is not shared externally with any other entity. In addition, Datanational provides IT Solutions to our clients which may include their internal ERP Application Systems, some with outward facing eBusiness solutions which may or may not collect personal or confidential company information. Our client information is secured within their hosted application system and is not shared by Datanational Corporation outside of the organizations which collected the personal or confidential company information. For our Hosted Enterprise Resource Planning system clients including those from the European Economic Area (EEA), we securely store the name and email address of Employees, Suppliers, and Customers. This information (which may be classified as Human Resource Data) is stored in our client systems to provide our clients with the ability for their Enterprise Resource Planning systems to send notifications, acknowledgments, orders, invoices and reports to individuals as needed for communication of standard business process functions.
