Scope
Acting as a data processor for Ericsson AB, a Swedish limited liability corporation, CloudVisit will collect the following Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) on behalf of Ericsson AB: First and last name; business name or company; e-mail address; country; state: phone number; language; and information that voluntarily submitted to the Ericsson Remote Access website or mobile application directly, such as by registering, filling out a form, using chat functionality, and by other means permitted by law. Ericsson's employees, suppliers and customers use the Remote Access website and mobile application as a way to connect and conduct sessions for Virtual Punch Walks (VPWs) and other meetings. CloudVisit may also collect the following additional information: geoIP; address; browser and search engine information; device information; visitor history; usage of the Ericsson Remote Access Portal, including, without limitation, any links or items clicked or pages viewed and statistics; information stored in cookies, pixel tags, or web beacons; analytical data from system proprietary reporting data; and any other additional analytic data voluntarily submitted to the Ericsson Remote Access website. Ericsson Remote Access software may capture audio and video recordings of the video conferencing sessions users are in. The recordings may include the software user's voice and/or likeness. The collected recordings are used to assess whether the workscope for a project has been completed correctly. The information collected may be stored and reviewed for up to seven years after the session takes place. These reviews are conducted, by Ericsson's employees, Ericsson's customers employees and Ericsson's supplier employees. The recordings are reviewed to determine what equipment exists at an Ericsson customer's property and to ensure that work has been completed correctly. CloudVisit encrypts all of the data stored in transit and at rest to prevent user's personal data from being compromised.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is DBA CloudVisit GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
