- We are an IT services organizations and have contracts with our customers to build & implement commercial & reporting applications used by their employees globally, including Europe. In all of the cases, the data resides within the customer domain and systems . We do not provide any cloud or other hosting as part of our services, and hence the data is not stored in, or transferred to, our systems. However, these contracts necessitate us to have access to their data, which might include personal information, to build, test & support these applications, thus making us data processors under the Privacy principles.
