- DGN collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes personal data of its customers (“Personal Information”) collected through it games, sites, and applications (collectively “Services”): • to provide the services and information requested by its customers; • to process customer transactions through the Services; • to contact customers about their use of the Services; • to respond to customer emails, questions, comments, and complaints, and to otherwise provide customer service; • to personalize and improve the Services, and to deliver advertisements, content, or features that match customers’ interests; • to monitor and analyze Usage Information and otherwise measure the effectiveness of the Services; • to send customer confirmations, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages, to detect and prevent fraud, and to otherwise facilitate customer use of, and DGN’s administration and operation of, the Services; and • to notify customers about important changes to the Services. DGN shares Personal Information with third parties as follows: Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf. DGN may share Personal Information with third parties that perform services on DGN’s behalf (or on behalf of DGN’s partners), such as companies that host or operate DGN’s Services; provide customer service; manage payments; and provide marketing services. Customer’s Agreement to Have Personal Information Shared. While on the Services, customers may have the opportunity to opt-in to receive information and/or marketing offers from someone else or to otherwise consent to the sharing of Personal Information with a third party. If a customer agrees to have Personal Information shared in this way, his/her Personal Information may be disclosed to the third party and the Personal Information the customer discloses will be subject to the privacy policy and business practices of that third party. Business Transfers. DGN may also share Personal Information with subsidiaries and affiliated entities, and such entities may use the information in accordance with DGN’s Privacy Policy. If another entity acquires DGN or all or a portion of its assets, Personal Information and any other information that DGN has collected through the Services may be disclosed to such entity as part of the due diligence process, and will be transferred to such entity as one of the transferred assets. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against DGN, all such information may be considered an asset of DGN, and as such, may be sold or transferred to third parties. Legal Disclosure. DGN may transfer and disclose Personal Information to third parties to comply with any legal obligation; at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce DGN’s Terms of Service; or to otherwise protect the rights, property, safety, or security of DGN, the public and/or other customers of the Services.
