Types of personal data processed by Dharma Platform, Inc. include the following: (1) In the provision of our Software as a Service, our customers and their end-users may submit special categories of data to Dharma Platform for processing. This could include personal data with information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, and the processing of data concerning health or sex life. Customer determines at its sole discretion the extent of processing of special categories of data and is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of any special categories of data it may choose to process in accessing Dharma Platform, Inc. Services. (2) In addition to the above, Dharma Platform Inc. also processes personal information related to its employees and contractors. This information is collected, used and disclosed for purposes pertaining to the individual’s relationship with the Company, including but not limited to the administration of employee hiring, performance reviews, the administration of employee payroll, processing of employee benefit claims, and for the purpose of complying with all applicable labor and employment legislation.
