DT One App Store, Inc. (“DT”) operates an alternative mobile application store. When a user wishes to access the app's services, they must first create an account and become a member. · What We Collect: · During account creation, DT collects the user’s email address and date of birth to: o Verify eligibility for access (e.g., ensure the user is not a child under applicable laws). o Enable app downloads appropriate to the user’s age group. · With each app installation, DT processes the following data: o Online identifiers: IP address, Android Device ID (ADID). o User communications: Any information voluntarily provided when communicating with DT. · When a user makes purchases on an installed app, DT may also collect: o Commercial information: Purchase details, transaction history, and ZIP code (for VAT calculation). o Important Note: No financial information is collected. Why We Process This Data: All personal data is processed for the following purposes: · To perform the contract with the user (i.e., provide the services as described here and in detail in DT’s Terms of Service). · To protect both the store and its users from fraudulent activities. How and Who We Share Data With: Personal data is shared only with DT’s trusted processors, who are bound by strict contractual obligations. These agreements include robust organizational and technical measures to safeguard user privacy while using the app store offered by DT.
