- Scope
- Digsite is a native web application with responsive design architecture that runs entirely on servers provisioned from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Digsite provides marketers a practical way to get consumer feedback on product concepts and designs, package graphics, advertisements, promotions, and more. With Digsite, customers can get real feedback from target consumers right away-without the logistical headaches of in-person interviews. Digsite provides a structured yet flexible way to have a dialog with consumers. Consumers join a private online community where they can rate, mark up, and provide feedback. They can even share images and short videos. Customers can monitor the discussion as it unfolds, see summary results, and ask follow-up questions. Digsite collects personal and other information (such as name and email address) when consumers register on our site or as a result of participation in our programs and sponsored projects. The collection of such information assists in the review of existing and the development of new products and services and other process enhancements. We only collect personal data that is voluntarily provided by users. Some or all data collected during a program or sponsored project may be shared with the sponsor.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Digsite GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
