- DLVR measures and optimizes Internet video quality of experience (QoE) and provides CDN selection services for Internet video creators and distributors. To perform these services, DLVR collects and processes certain data elements relating to our customers utilizing our services and the end users that stream video provided by our customers, including Internet Protocol Addresses (IP Addresses), Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), and performance data. DLVR does not collect or process user identifiers that we could associate with specific end users, such as user-identifying Internet cookies, cross-site tracking Internet cookies, the iPhone Identifier for Advertisers (IFA), the Android ID of Android devices, the IMEI numbers of mobile devices, or other identifiers specific to particular devices such as device MAC addresses or Bluetooth addresses. To the extent that any data elements that we do collect are capable of being used to identify (alone or in conjunction with other data) an individual, such data elements are treated as Personal Data. In addition, DLVR may collect the Personal Data of users of DLVR’s own websites and applications, as well as contact information associated with our business customers. Any Personal Data collected is used solely for the purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving the services we offer to our business customers. DLVR never shares end-user Personal Data of any kind with third parties.
