Scope
We process personal data to: (i) operate, secure, and improve our platform; (ii) deliver analytics and dashboards to clients; (iii) respond to inquiries; (iv) provide newsletters and event information when clients opt to receive them. The company collects pseudonymized donation data from our non-profit clients and processes this data with machine learning and AI to create dashboards containing data insights. These insights are used by our clients to aid in decision making on donor outreach for the purposes of increasing their donation revenue by re-engaging and reactivating previous donors and recruiting new donors. Donation data that is processed for the purpose of creating dashboards includes: • Donation dates, amounts, frequency, gift type. • Geographic indicators at city/county/state level (no full addresses). • Engagement indicators (e.g., event attendance, email opens, volunteer activity). • Membership/subscription status (where applicable). • Aggregated age ranges or demographic cohorts (where available). Data we collect via our website and other business operations (if clients choose to provide it) include: • Contact details for newsletter sign-ups, demo requests, support emails, and event registrations. • Client communications with us (including support inquiries). • Client payment card or bank account information for the purpose of paying for our services.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is DonorSight AI GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
