Scope
Dotgo processes personal data such as mobile numbers, email IDs, and other information related to brands, including their entity’s name, nature of business, email address, identification numbers, and additional details provided during the registration of a Client Account on our Website. If brands communicate with us via email or chat, we may retain the content of their messages, along with their email address, chat ID, and our responses. Once a Client Account is created, brands may provide information about their end users—including clients, employees, or other individuals—to enable the provision of our RCS (Rich Communication Services) or chatbot services. Dotgo uses this information to: Provide, operate, and maintain the Services. Respond to service requests and support needs. Fulfill obligations arising from any purchase order (PO) or contract between You and Us. Improve and enhance the Services. Dotgo collaborates with mobile operators and aggregators, treating them as third-party providers or strategic partners, to deliver and monetize Rich Communication Services (RCS). Dotgo provides businesses and aggregators with a robust platform integrated with Google RCS messaging, enabling the delivery of RCS Business Messaging (RBM). This partnership allows businesses to enhance customer engagement through interactive, branded, and verified messaging experiences, transforming traditional communication into a rich and dynamic channel. Aggregators act as intermediaries between businesses and mobile operators/Dotgo, facilitating the seamless flow of rich messages across carriers and regions while ensuring compliance with global RCS standards. Dotgo’s RBM Hub portal simplifies enterprise and aggregator access to RCS by offering a centralized platform that connects businesses with multiple operators and aggregators through a single interface. The platform is secure, access-controlled, and scalable, supporting high-volume messaging while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards. By reducing the complexity of individual operator integrations, Dotgo enables it's customer to deliver rich messaging experiences effortlessly. Through these collaborations, Dotgo empowers businesses, aggregators, and operators to unlock new revenue opportunities while elevating customer communication to the next level.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Dotgo GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
