- We obtain personal data (What): Name, address, phone number, email address, and payment method information as well as geolocation of the session and hardware information for the device(s) the customer wishes to protect. (Why): In order to ensure we are working with a valid customer with valid reasons to use our services to protect their computers. We also use the information to assist the customer in locating their device(s) as well as lock or destroy the data on said devices they manage through our products. (How): We encrypt the information in transit and at rest and store it in a database in order to act on the device(s) in a secure manner. Data is not shared with other entities and is encrypted.
