- Devada provides a software-based service known as “AnswerHub”. In the course of providing its software and service, Devada may receive personal information from individuals residing in the EU/EEA (“PI”). Devada may also receive PI from individuals who request information about Devada’s AnswerHub service. PI is collected online over the internet. The types of personal information may include: (a) contact information, including name, title, addresses, telephone numbers (b) email address (home, work), company name, and other similar information, (c) authentication information, including user IDs, log-in names, passwords, password reminders, etc., (d) transactional information, including product or service inquiries, and (e) User content, including information provided when one of our online communities, forums, or other platform is used, and all other user submissions and content provided. We use personal information collected to provide our services, support and maintain the services, improve and update the services, communicate information to individuals that they have requested, and for our marketing, research and development purposes. We may disclose personal data provided to our affiliates and partners and to consultants, service providers, and contractors that we use to support our business and operations who have agreed to keep the information confidential and use it only to provide the applicable service(s). Within our Service, if an individual interacts with other users, the Service may share additional information with such other users. The additional information you share by participating in these types of communications is your choice and responsibility and the privacy of such information cannot be guaranteed. We may share personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with a legal process or law, or to respond to a subpoena, court order, or government request for information, (2) enforce Terms of Services and/or other agreements between you and Devada, (3) respond to claims that any content on the Service violates the rights of third parties, or that otherwise arise from your use of the Service, or (4) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Devada, its users, or the public. We may also share personal information when required or permitted to do so by law for public safety. Disclosures may be made to protect you from a serious threat to your health or safety or to protect the health or safety of another person. In the event that all or part of Devada is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, Devada may transfer or assign the personally identifiable information held by Devada as part of such merger, acquisition, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of Devada's bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, Devada may not be able to control how personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
