- Our organization processes commercial real estate data on behalf of customers in the EEA. This includes user names and, in some cases, tenant names and addresses contained in their property management systems. All data is hosted and processed exclusively within the EEA; however, because ebba, Inc. is a U.S. corporation, any processing of this data is considered a ‘transfer’ under GDPR. Such transfers are legitimized through our participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We disclose this personal data to third-party service providers who act as agents to perform tasks on our behalf and under our instructions. These third parties include cloud infrastructure providers (such as Microsoft Azure) for hosting and data storage, and IT security and support vendors. ebba, Inc. does not rent or sell personal data to third parties.
