- Epignosis LLC ("We", "Us") collects personal information from customers and their authorised users in order to provide the services (TalentLMS, eFront, TalentCards, TalentHR) to customers. This personal information primarily includes identification data and customer content. We also collect invoicing and payment data of customers (but no credit card data). We process service usage data for statistics, analysis and benchmarking, as well as to improve and personalize the provision of the services and for troubleshooting. We use customer contact information to process orders, deliver services, handle support requests, and to send promotional offers exclusively for Epignosis services. Customers can opt out of promotional communications. We use cookies to process traffic data of visitors to our websites to improve the functionality of the website, for analysis and for marketing purposes, upon their consent. For visitors and users who subscribe to our newsletter, we use their email address to distribute the newsletter. Receptors can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter. We share personal information with our affiliates and with third parties who act as our agents and who are subject to practices at least as protective as those of Epignosis LLC and who are listed in the Privacy Policy and in the Data Processing Addendums of each of the services which are available online. We only process personal information that is relevant to the purpose of the processing. We will not process personal information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.
