- Epos Now LLC processes client personal data to market, sell and service our SAAS offering. We collect Name, Emails, Phone, Social and Address data to fulfill the above processes. Examples of processing are for managing recurring payments, servicing software and hardware problems, implementing and onboarding clients to our software, providing system updates, newsletters. Further details of processing can be found in our company Data Processing Agreements and Privacy Notices. Data disclosed to third parties are entered into as a joint controller whereby consent will be provided and recorded from the client before disclosing. Data processed by third parties or sub-processed do so under agreement and can be disclosed to clients upon request. Epos Now LLC processes personnel data to manage recruitment, employee contractual needs payroll.
