- eReinsure processes personal data from our customer’s authorized users including name, email address, telephone and fax numbers, employer, division, and job title. This information is used in the information interchange during the negotiation of a transaction through use of our platform. Under certain circumstances, this information together with information about a user’s computer system may be used to help diagnose problems and to respond to requests for user support. Personal data will not be made available to any other third party in accordance with the terms of our Master License and Service Agreements which govern the exchange of data over the eReinsure platform and related transactions.
