- Ergonomic remediation surveys. We collect an employee’s Name, work email, work phone, work location, and their office equipment. They then answer a survey about how they are feeling and if their office is setup correctly. If it isn’t setup ergonomically, then we offer recommendation on how to fix their office setup. Non-HR data we process includes the following, what type of equipment an employee has at their desk and how that equipment is setup. We ask about how their workstation is setup and offer recommendations on how to correct their setup ergonomically. We collect this data so that an employee can reference it in their account at any point in the future and make those changes again if necessary. This data is collected via an online survey voluntarily.

How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
