- We are registering ETL Systems Inc. as a processor of data collected and stored in the EU by the holding company ETL Systems Limited. Personal data includes HR data, customer data and supplier data. we cover HR Data and any data generated in the UK under EU DPA as it is stored with the UK. No HR data is created in the US. Company information going over or from the US would be covered by the privacy shield as it would be US generated data first. All customer Data, Names , Addresses, telephone numbers taken in the US are kept and stored with a Custom Relationship Manager software stored and accessed via the UK US access via an Secure VPN tunnel. We have no visitor to the US office. We go out to customers. No Credit card numbers are stored. THIRD PARTIES ETL Systems and ETL Systems Inc disclose personal information to the following third parties, for the purposes of; Orphans Press Ltd - Website Hosting & E-commerce platform.
