- Explore Analytics is a service for creating dashboards and reports. Customers can use Explore Analytics to access their data and create reports. Customers can upload data from files and spreadsheets and store this data in Explore Analytics for reporting. Explore Analytics may use Personal Data submitted by our Customers and Users as necessary to provide the Service, including updating, enhancing, securing and maintaining the Service and to carry our contractual obligations to our Customers. The types of personal data processed by your organization (e.g., customer/client, visitor, and/or HR data) Explore Analytics hosts and processes customer data, including any personal data contained therein. The processing, such as creating reports is under the control of the customer. Most of our customers use Explore Analytics for IT Service-Management data such as IT Help-desk data, but customers can also use Explore Analytics with other types of data such as financial data or customer-service data. Explore Analytics also collects personal information about its users. This includes information such as name and email, and information about the user’s activity including login browser and IP address. The data remains the property of the customer. Data collected by Explore Analytics such as the list of authorized users and the reports that they create is used for providing the service and is not disclosed to a third party. Customer help-desk data may contain information about the caller or the technician who answered their call. Such data can then appear in reports and dashboards.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Explore Analytics GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
