We use this information to administer employment and engagements; payroll and benefits; training and performance management; business communications; physical and system access; workplace safety and security; and legal and regulatory compliance. This information may include identification and contact information, employment and professional records, payroll and benefits information, government identifiers, system and access records, and business communications, including meeting recordings and transcripts. We process sensitive personal information only where necessary and permitted by applicable law. We may disclose personal information, as appropriate for the purposes described above and subject to applicable legal and contractual protections, to affiliates; service providers; payroll and benefits providers; professional advisers; customers when we provide services on their behalf; business partners where requested or authorized; and government authorities.
