- Scope
- FluentPro develops software platforms for migration, governance, administration and integration of data which automate various business processes and are intended for business customers and not individuals. We may collect information, such as name, email address, phone number, etc. from visitors to our website (which could include visitors from the EU/EEA) that fill out our contact form. In addition we collect and process information through our services. When providing services, FluentPro is a “data processor” or “sub-processor” and only processes personal information on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of its subscribers, which are “data controllers” and/or “data processors,”depending on the context. Subscribers of FluentPro service submit data to the service as part of their use of the service. FluentPro generally does not have a direct relationship with individuals whose personal data is submitted by subscribers to the service. While subscribers decide what data to submit, it typically includes information about their customers, employees, service providers, users or other individuals, which may include contact information, and HR data. We may use personal information we collect to: 1) provide and improve our services; 2) personalize our visitors’ experiences on the sites; 3) respond to emails, requests or questions. FluentPro also stores and uses contact information of subscribers’ representatives, such as name, role, company name, address, phone and email address, in order to provide customer support, send marketing communications or other service updates and maintain its relationship with the customer.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is FluentPro Software GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
