- Formalistech has been certified for BSI10012; "personel data protection" and ISO27001; "information security system standarts" recently. Due to Privacy Shield and BSI10012, ISO27001 standards, Formalistech claims to process personal data under defined and with a high level maturity level of information security system life cycle and data protection. Formalistech collects personal data of the its employees for payroll, health insurance and employment procedures. Besides the employees, online personel data is collected through customer Sign-up, or as may be collected online by Formalistech's customers using the systems and platforms of Formalistech through cloud environments. Formalis' customers collect their own customers' personal data which are not the responsibility of or scheduled by Formalistech, but placed on Formalistech's platforms, processed and accessed by Formalistech's customers only. Formalistech does not process any personal data manually. The systems have own logging and authentication systems. If any technical support is demanded by Formalistech's customers, if there is a need ro process the data, this takes place with corporaration and admittance of the owner of the data complined with GDPR and other agreements.
