- FullStory is a service provider of hosted software that permits its customer to capture, replay, search, and analyze each user's actual experience with a customers' website. FullStory receives personal data consisting of first and last name, home address, billing address, or other physical address, email address and telephone number. FullStory collects and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://fullstory.com/legal/privacy/. FullStory is built on the Google Cloud Platform and stores customer data on secure Google servers. FullStory also may provide customer data to its third party support ticket service provider in order to provide support services to its customers.
