- G2 collects, stores and processes the following categories of personal data: Identifiers (i.e., first name, last name, email address); Commercial Information (i.e., records of software products and/or services purchased, obtained or considered, and Internet or other electronic network or device activity information (i.e., search history, information on interactions with a website, application, or advertisement). We process personal data 1) to provide a customized experience (for example, collection and processing by cookies, in accordance with our Cookie Policy) and registering users on our website located at www.g2.com ; 2) to support review campaigns, a feature we provide to our customers whereby our customers provide us with the first name and email address of their customers, for the purposes of G2 conducting email outreach to those customers' customers and to encourage them to leave a review of the customer's software product on the Site; and 3) in connection with our proprietary applications, one of which automates review collection by interoperating with our customers' CRM platform ("Review Management Application"). G2 may share personal data with products and services providers listed on the Site, business partners, service providers, social media networks, affiliates, and any other third parties customers and users authorize.
