- GetResponse Inc. provides a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model software/platform that allows to create and manage online marketing campaigns. We process personal data of our customers and users entitled by them to use the platform primarily to provide the service, as well as monitor and improve its quality. We also process personal data for administrative activities like concluding agreements with customers based on the acceptance of the GetResponse Terms of Service, creating a customer account and customer authentication within the account, providing materials requested by customers or platform users, providing customer support, handling complaints and other requests, and charging due fees. We process personal data of users of our websites for the purpose of providing them with requested materials (like e-books and other training materials), signing up for our newsletter, webinar, training or any other event, as well as monitor and improve quality of our websites and their content. We also process personal data entrusted to us by the customers (such as email addresses and other information relating to their recipients) for the purpose of using the service/platform. We also process personal data of people who contact with us via traditional mail or email to reply to their requests or complaints. As described in our Privacy Policy, we use the services of third-party providers, who support certain features of our service (webinars, customer support), help us manage security incidents and provide us with analytical and ad tools.
