- Workify is an all-in-one engagement measurement and feedback platform built for a modern workforce. We provide provide data analytics and services to our customer’s management with the intention of improving their culture and driving discretionary effort. We provide executives with specific insights on how to improve employee engagement with pin point accuracy through our proprietary data set with includes employee name, email address, employee start date (required fields) and additional client specific fields such as department, location (not address), executive, manager name, etc. With that said, we protect our employee data at all costs by providing robust tools for anonymizing employee records. Upon Workify user creation, we only make employee level data accessible using a 36 character Workify user ID (i.e., we remove name and identifiable information from all records). Additionally, when reporting groups have less than 5 employees, we restrict the ability to drill down into details of those groups, and remove all metadata elements at the user level.
