- Glyde Inc. (“GLYDE”) provides AI-enhanced SaaS applications for recruiting and staffing (GLYDE Unity), including candidate and job search, applicant tracking system (ATS) integrations, voice and text screening, messaging (email/SMS), Microsoft 365 / Teams workflows, and related customer support. As a data controller, GLYDE processes personal data of website visitors, prospective customers, customer and supplier business contacts, and users of GLYDE-owned accounts. This includes name, business email, phone, company, role, IP address and device/usage data, marketing preferences, support inquiries, event registration details, and (where applicable) billing information. Purposes: operate and secure our websites and products; respond to inquiries; manage customer and supplier relationships; marketing (where permitted); billing; product improvement; and legal compliance. As a data processor on behalf of enterprise customers, GLYDE processes customer-controlled personal data that may be transferred from the EU, including recruiter/user account data and job-candidate data (identity and contact details, resumes, applications, screening transcripts/recordings, communications, and ATS-sourced records). Purposes are limited to providing the subscribed services, security/logging, and customer-instructed processing. Customers remain controllers of candidate and recruiter data in the platform. GLYDE discloses personal data to service providers acting as agents (for example cloud hosting and infrastructure, email/SMS, voice transcription, AI model providers, analytics/error monitoring, and payment processors) under contracts requiring DPF-equivalent protection, and to customer-directed third parties such as the customer’s ATS. GLYDE may disclose personal data if required by lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Glyde GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
