- Scope
- Our organization ("Veoci" or "we") has customers around the world, and under the rubric of the GDPR, we are a data processor. Our customers, under the rubric of the GDPR, are data controllers. Therefore, we process personal data according to and limited by the instructions of our customers. Veoci provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to our customers in the form of an online communications platform that our customers primarily use for emergency management and business continuity planning. The personal data that we process in reliance on the Privacy Shield is personal data that has been uploaded into our platform by: (i) our customers, or (ii) end users authorized by them. Typically, that personal data could include name, contact info, and online identifiers that the customer or end user has uploaded into our platform. It is possible for that personal data to fall under the "special categories" of personal data under the terminology of the GDPR, including, but not limited to, data about a person's race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, biometric data, health data, etc. We have GDPR Data Processing Agreements/Addenda in place with third-party sub-processors who process personal data on our behalf. We can provide additional details on our sub-processors if needed. Veoci does not sell personal data.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is veoci GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
