- GuestTix is a web based software platform used for the private sale and organization of event tickets. Built for organizations that want to securely manage their guest lists and provide a streamlined process for their guests and staff. "When you purchase tickets via GuestTix, as part of the purchase process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address, email address and payment information. This information is used to fulfill the customer's order. We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant credit card processor, to handle our clients credit card payment and store their payment information.” When our clients submit information via our website, it's stored in our encrypted database, behind a firewall. When clients provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, that information will be used for that specific reason only. GuestTix will not use their personal information for marketing purposes. To support GuestTix in delivering its Services, GuestTix may engage third party service providers to assist GuestTix with its data processing activities. Before engaging any Sub-processor, we perform extensive due diligence, including detailed security and legal analysis. We do not engage a Sub-processor unless our quality standards are met. Our Sub-processors are all subject to contract terms that enforce compliance with applicable data protection laws. GuestTix currently uses the following third parties: Stripe - Payment Processing Amazon Web Services - Cloud Hosting Heroku - Cloud Hosting Postmark - Email Delivery EasyPost - Label Printing Twillo - SMS Delivery Google Apps - Internal Company infrastructure Google Analytics - Website Analytics
