- Hexsis processes personal data received from the European Union for the purposes of providing software development, software maintenance, technical support, consulting, project management, hosting and related technology services; managing customer and prospective customer relationships; responding to enquiries; administering contracts, billing and payments; maintaining the security, reliability and operation of its systems and services; complying with legal obligations; and protecting the rights and interests of Hexsis, its customers and users. The personal data processed may include names, business contact information, job titles, organization details, account and authentication information, communications, support requests, technical identifiers, IP addresses, device and usage information, system and application logs, billing and transaction information, and personal data contained in software applications, databases, development environments or other systems that Hexsis accesses or processes on behalf of its customers.
