- Honey is an intranet application (“Service”) that facilitates the communication between multiple persons within an organization. Honey contracts with the organization (“Client”) to provide the Service to the organization’s employees (“End Users”) In order to facilitate this intra-office communication, Honey processes some data input by its End Users, with their knowledge and consent. Specifically, Honey processes End User data in order to: 1. Verify user accounts (name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number); 2. Provide users with notices and updates relevant to the Service (email address, ip address); 3. Provide customer support, through third party agents (email address, telephone number, ip address); and 4. Provide data storage and hosting (all of which is kept securely)(email address, ip address) All of the processors Honey engages to provide the services referenced above have strident privacy policies in place and adhere to best practices principles. Honey is committed to the principles of transparency, choice, access, security and data integrity. Honey uses its Privacy Policy, and periodic updates to notify users of their rights, including their right to have disputes heard in an expeditious and non-penalizing fashion.
