- Scope
- This certification applies to HubSpot and its Clearbit brand. HubSpot provides inbound marketing and sales software that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. HubSpot's customers decide what types of data will be processed. This data may include personal data, entity data, navigational data (including website usage information), email data, system usage data, application integration data, and other electronic data submitted, stored, sent, or received by end users via the HubSpot services. HubSpot also collects similar information for its own use for marketing, sales, and other business operations. HubSpot relies on certain third parties contracted to provide parts of the HubSpot services on HubSpot's behalf. Clearbit provides a suite of APIs and a platform for market research purposes; our primary products are solutions for business-to-business companies interested in understanding who their current customers are and identifying potential future customers based on key criteria such as job title, industry sector, location, etc. Using an email address for initial input, our service provides enriched profile data back to the client.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is HubSpot GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
