Hyros processes automatically collected data from users of the Hyros platform in order to better understand how users use the Hyros products, for product improvements, and for targeted advertising. The collected personal information may also be used to prevent fraud and to ensure users comply with the Hyros Terms and Conditions. Hyros also uses the personal information of potential job candidates and staff to assess their suitability for roles and to facilitate employment activities for current staff. Lastly, Hyros processes the data of its customers' end-users, including email, IP addresses, session IDs, and user activity, in order to provide its products and services. Hyros may share the personal information data collected with service providers and to comply with the law. Hyros does not share this data with third parties.
