- Hyve Managed Hosting processes personal data in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework to fulfil its contractual service obligations and ensure the delivery of continuous, high-availability managed hosting and cloud services. The data we collect facilitates the provision of our services to our clients. Specifically, personal data may be transferred internally between Hyve’s group companies and their support teams located in the United Kingdom, United States and Germany to reinforce our genuine 24/7/365 technical support coverage. These limited data transfers occur only when required to investigate or resolve urgent service or infrastructure issues occurring outside of standard business hours. The types of personal data processed for these purposes are limited to: • Client contact and account information (such as name, email address and telephone number); and • Technical and service data (such as system logs, IP addresses, and configuration details necessary for incident resolution). The specifics of such data will be subject to interactions with our clients and their choices regarding the data shared with Hyve. Hyve does not sell personal data and does not transfer data to any unaffiliated third parties. Access is restricted solely to Hyve group companies acting as support escalation points, and all handling of personal data is performed in accordance with Hyve’s robust internal data protection, confidentiality, and security standards.
