Scope
We collect information about users of our services and people who subscribe to our blog or request information about our company. Information we collect includes: Account and Profile Information: We collect information about people who register for an account, create or modify their profile, set preferences, sign-up for, or make purchases through the Services. This information can include personal contact information (email, phone) a display name, profile photo, job title, and other details users may choose to add for display in our Services. We keep track of those user preferences when they select settings within the Services. We never share or make that information available to any other users, publicly or privately, who is not an authorized user of an individual's account. If users use our services on their own network, we do not host, store, transmit, receive or collect information about users, except in limited cases, where permitted by their software administrator. We do collect feedback users provide directly to us through the product such as error logs or suggestions and we collect content using analytical techniques that hash, filter or otherwise scrub the information to exclude information that might identify a user or their organization; and we collect clickstream data about how users interact with and use features in our services. Server and data center administrators can disable our collection of this information from the services via the administrator settings or prevent this information from being shared with us by blocking transmission at the local network level. Content provided through our websites: Our services also include our websites owned or operated by us. We collect other content that people submit to these websites, which include social media or social networking websites operated by us or information request forms. Information provided through our support channels: Our services also include our customer support, where users may choose to submit information regarding a problem they are experiencing with a service. Whether they designate themselves as a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly, or otherwise engage with our support team, they will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem they are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue. Payment Information: We collect certain payment and billing information when people register for certain paid services. For example, we ask users to designate a billing representative, including name and contact information, upon registration. Users might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services. Information we collect automatically when users use our services: We collect information about users when they use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking certain actions within the services. We also collect information about the devices used to access our services. This information includes connection type and settings when users install, access, update, or use our services. We also collect information through user devices about their operating system, browser type, IP address, URLs of referring/exit pages, device identifiers, and crash data. We use IP addresses and/or country preference in order to approximate users' location to provide better service experience. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device used to access the services. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: Imagineer and our third-party partners, such as our advertising and analytics partners, use cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, device identifiers and pixels) to provide functionality and to recognize users across different services and devices.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Imagineer Technology GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
