- Scope
- Infor is a leading provider of software solutions. In that role, we typically act as a processor for our customer’s personal data submitted electronically into Infor’s applications or, where applicable, submitted to Infor for implementation, support or consulting purposes. Infor processes personal data on behalf of and according to its customers’ instructions, who are the controllers. While Infor’s customers decide what data to submit, it typically includes business contact information or personal data applicable to the application in use – which vary by product. Infor processes personal data about website visitors and business contacts to provide the requested services, to carry out business-related tasks, and to communicate with these individuals. Infor may disclose personal data to its affiliates, partners and other related entities. Infor acts as a joint controller with many of our partners when it comes to marketing and sales efforts to prospective customers. This personal data is typically limited to business contact information. Infor also acts as a controller as it relates to our employee personal data. Infor processes personal data about employees and prospective job applicants to manage all aspects of the Infor recruitment process and employment relationship (e.g. contact information, data of birth, national ID number, banking information). Infor may disclose personal data to its affiliates in accordance with internal policies. For the processing described above, Infor at times uses third-party service providers. These third-party providers may assist Infor in delivering the application to our customers and may offer customer support, perform database monitoring and other technical and security operations, assist with the transmission of data, provide data storage services, or assist with payroll and benefits. These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in the course of providing their services. Infor maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our contractual and Privacy Framework obligations.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Infor GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
