- Xerox IT Solutions, Managed Services (“XITS”, “us” or “we”) is a network operations center (NOC) and managed service provider, monitoring various devices and networks remotely, to identify alerts that require addressing, and at times, sending technicians to address alarms identified. To do this, we collect the following types of non-HR data, from the following persons in Europe and the United Kingdom, for the following purposes. ● As part of monitoring activities, XITS obtains access to the following information of computing devices, which may be attributable to European or United Kingdom individuals (our customers and their customers) in some cases: device data (IP addresses), encrypted login credentials used by customers and their customers to access our customer portals, and customer/service provider contact details (name, email address, physical address, and telephone number). We also collect a narrower set of contact details (name, telephone number, email address) from prospective customers. We process the foregoing in order to enroll customers in our platform, monitor our customers’ networks in order to provide the contracted services, deploy our field technicians to resolve issues, create incident tickets, communicate and coordinate with our customers’ service providers, make suggestions and recommendations about goods or services that may be of interest to our customers and prospective customers, manage our relationships with our customers and our service providers, administer and protect our business, comply with reporting requirements, and for own our internal analytics and business intelligence. We may disclose the foregoing information to our and our customers’ service providers and our subcontractors. ● We collect identity data (name, company name, service ID number, account ID numbers) from our customers and their customers, as well as their service providers, and our own service providers. We process the foregoing information to: support, and provide our services; communicate and coordinate with our and our customer’s service providers; manage our relationships with our customers and our service providers; make suggestions and recommendations about goods or services that may be of interest to our customers and prospective customers; comply with reporting requirements; and for own our internal analytics and business intelligence. We may disclose the foregoing information to our service providers and advisors (including legal counsel, banking institutions, and accountants). ● We collect state or country issued identification card numbers from our service providers and contractors, solely in order to enable those providers to access a customer’s business location to perform repairs or replace equipment. We may disclose such information to our service providers and contractors.
