Scope
Our organization processes personal data for two purposes: (1) providing our product to our customers, and (2) collecting names of interested prospects. (1) Providing our product to customers: -We are a data analytics product, primarily used for customers to analyze the performance of their own sales teams. As a result, we commonly process data on their employees including name, email address, phone number, and occasionally things like address (for geographic analyses). -We leverage some third party processors to help us provide the product. In each case third parties will agree to appropriate privacy protections for onward transfer. (2) Collecting information on interested prospects: -We use outbound sales efforts to contact companies that might be interested in using our software. We primarily rely on emailing individuals that have previously opted-in to receiving our marketing materials. Types of data we collect on such prospects include primarily: name, email address, phone number, address, and role.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is InsightSquared GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
