- Scope
- Integrate.io processes personal data transferred from clients in the European Union in order to provide its data integration, transformation, and pipeline services. The types of personal data processed may include customer, client, and end-user data (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, and transaction records) that are transferred through the platform at the direction of our customers. Integrate.io acts primarily as a data processor, handling personal data only for the purpose of delivering services as instructed by its customers, including securely transferring, transforming, and storing data between client systems. Personal data is not used by Integrate.io for its own business purposes, but may be disclosed to trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting providers, support and monitoring tools, or security services) solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the platform. All such third parties are contractually bound to provide the same level of data protection required by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In addition, Integrate.io may collect limited personal data (such as email addresses and contact details) for the purpose of creating and managing customer accounts, providing technical support, communicating about services, and meeting legal or regulatory requirements.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Integrate.io GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
