- Scope
- iQ Media provides cloud-based and professional services relating to media intelligence and analytics, as well as mobile applications and our corporate website at www.iq.media. We may log the IP address and other typical tracking information of visitors to our website, platform and/or mobile applications, but visitors’ identities remain anonymous unless they provide additional information to us. If a website visitor provides personal information to us, we will only use it in connection with our marketing and the provision of support for our products and services. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Our cloud-based service, mobile and professional services collect information about data subjects under Privacy Shield, including user credentials for our clients’ authorized users, which we use for authentication, support services, to provide and improve the service, and to contact our users with marketing information related to our own services. We may also disclose such personal information as required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of ourselves, our users, or others. For EU individuals, this would always be in a manner consistent with Privacy Shield Principles. We may employ third parties to perform functions on our behalf, such as to process credit card payments or to provide data storage services, but the purpose of such third parties’ use of such information is limited to performing their functions for us.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is iQ Media GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
