We use the data for delivering services; processing payments; processing for other purposes as required by our services; communicating with customers about products & services and promotional offers; updating our records and generally maintaining customer and vendor accounts; displaying content; and recommending services that might be of interest to our customers. We also use this information to prevent and detect fraud or abuses, and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf. In the course of these activities, we may disclose personal information to the types of third parties as detailed in the “How We Share Your Personal Data” section of our Privacy Notice. We may share personal data internally (within the Iron Mountain company group) and externally (to third parties such as our suppliers, advisors, business partners for Iron Mountain). What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Iron Mountain GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
