- ISN Software Corporation operates ISNetworld, which is an online contractor-management database, and Empower, which is an application that permits users to provide, transmit, receive and store data to and from ISNetworld and similar platforms. Through ISNetworld and Empower, ISN collects health and safety, procurement, training, quality, and regulatory information from ISNetworld-subscribing contractor-customers, ISNetworld data providers, and other public and private third-party sources (such as governmental databases) for the purpose of sharing that information with certain ISNetworld-subscribing hiring clients for use by those hiring clients in their contractor and supplier due-diligence processes. As part of ISN's internal processes, ISN may share information with its subsidiary organizations, and ISNetworld subscribers for the purpose of providing ISNetworld services. ISN also may disclose personal information in response to lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
