- Scope
- When engaging with iSparks through our website or other means, you may be invited to provide personal information that you may elect to provide. Examples of these engagements include, but are not limited to, filling out a web form to request additional information about our services, completing a survey, asking a question, contacting us through a web chat, providing feedback, or commenting on a blog. Personal information may also be collected by us when you send us an email, call us on the phone, send us a text, message us through social media platforms, or any other means you may choose to communicate with us. If you choose to become a client of our service, you will be required to provide some basic personal information on our order forms and control panels. Our order forms and control panels indicate data that is required or optional. Personal information collected will only be used in a manner consistent within the context it was collected, unless specific consent is given by you to use the data for purposes beyond the original purpose it was collected for. Personal information collected by you as a client is used to secure your account, provide you support, bill you for services, provide you information on using our service, notify you of issues with your service, improve our service, and keep you informed about our service offerings. If you choose to provide additional personal information beyond what we require to serve you, this personal information will only be used to enhance your experience and provide you with better service, unless you provide consent to use the data for other purposes. In addition to personal information you directly provide, our web servers automatically log information when you visit any of our websites. These logs store information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, geographic location, the pages you visited, the website that referred you, the date, time and length of your visit and any other data that your browser may have provided. If you came to our website through a link on a third party website, the third party may also share similar data with us regarding your visit. For example, when visiting one of our websites by clicking on an advertisement on Google’s website, Google provides data about your visit. iSparks uses website visitor data to track the effectiveness of our advertising, to improve website compatibility with devices and browsers, identify and block malicious accesses to our websites, and measure traffic levels in order to maintain proper server capacities. If you choose to provide additional personal information to iSparks during a visit to our websites or by email, your IP address may be used to link this additional personal information to the website visitor data that we collect, which means your website visits may not be anonymous to us.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is iSparks GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
