- The primary service of Itseez3D, Inc. (“Itseez3D”) consists of a SaaS-based media content creation, including video and 3D modeling solution that are run in the cloud. In connection with its service, Itseez3D’s customers may elect to have to images they scan on their mobile device sent to Itseez3D for 3D processing. They may also upload text, image and video data in order to create videos. Personal data collected, received, accessed, used and disclosed (both online and offline) in connection with business activities of Itseez3D and its subsidiaries (collectively "Itseez3D") includes information related to Itseez3D’s prospective, current, and former: customers, suppliers, vendors, partners, and resellers. As set forth in more detail in Itseez3D’s Privacy Policy, Personal data potentially collected includes identity data (including image/video data), contact data, marketing and communication data, behavioral data, and technical data. Such information is stored in Itseez3D’s databases and allows Itseez3D to provide its products and services. Itseez3D uses personal data received from the EU online, offline, and/or in connection with products and services as set for in its Privacy Policy, which uses include: (1) enabling and providing its website(s), products, or services (as for any other purposes as may be further set forth in agreements between Itseez3D and its customers, including acting as a data processor on behalf of its customers which act as data controllers, as applicable); (2) customer service activities, including processing orders, providing technical support, and customizing, enhancing, upgrading and improving Itseez3D websites and offerings; (3) sales and marketing activities and customer relationship management (including newsletters and notices); and (4) internal business processes and management, crime/fraud detection and prevention, security, protecting Itseez3D’s legal rights, and compliance with governmental, legislative, and regulatory requirements. As further set forth in its Privacy Policy, Itseez3D may disclose personal data (i) to business partners and subcontractors (collectively, “Service Providers”), as necessary, for the purpose of providing Itseez3D’s service and performing other requested services, (ii) as otherwise appropriate in connection with a legitimate business need (including to a third party, as necessary, in connection with the sale or transfer of all or part of Itseez3D’s business). Itseez3D’s Service Providers are authorized to use personal data only as necessary to provide such services to Itseez3D.
